The Journey of tears…river of thought

Noise…a barrier for listening
talk…intangible to action
thought …an elusive stream…ever present…ever flowing
Alone I mute external noise
Alone I silence speech
Alone I let the river flow on…
listening to my soul
asking questions of my life
thinking
flowing
the river rises from deep within and floods my senses
tears
coursing rivulets of thought over the planes of my cheeks
soaking my skin
